 This service is designed for small business that prefer to outsource the operation of their SAP systems along with other business systems such as web servers and email servers. We will remotely maintain your systems making trips to your datacenter only as required for hardware needs or host your systems in our datacenter.
 The service includes support for your hardware, operating systems, network, database, web servers, email system, and SAP software.

Remote SAP Technical Consulting: WebAS (Basis) and SAP Security

Basic Rate is based on the Contracted time and Statement of work (SOW).

Remote (telecommute) offerings provide effective support and implementation services at rates up to fourty percent (30%) less than onsite consulting work.

We offer Technical Architecture, System Sizing, Project Review/Analysis, Installation, Upgrades, Migrations, TMS Management, CCMS configuration, Project Management, Technical Training, Process and Procedure development.
This service includes a reasonable balance of off-site and on-site work to support the project as well as conduct training and planning sessions.

Remote Administration: Certified SAP Technical Consultant

Basic Rate is dependent on the contract terms and statement of work (SOW). On demand (emergency) work is billed in 2 hour increments.

We offer Remote Administration for your SAP Systems. This service includes Technical Administration of SAP WebAS (BASIS) for all SAP products, Basic Day to Day Administrator of the OS (NT/Windows 2000-2003, UNIX (Sun, IBM AIX, HPUX), and Linux) as it relates to SAP software. Basic Day to Day maintenance of your database (Oracle, Informix, MaxDB, DB2/DB6 and SQL Server) as it related to the SAP software.


On Site SAP Consulting: Certified SAP Technical Consultant

We support SAP R/3, Enterprise 4.7x, ERP 2004, ECC 5.0, NetWeaver '04, Enterprise Portal, WebAS and Workplace Systems, Business Connector, Business Warehouse, ITS and most other SAP products.
